Essential Volunteer Resources
Three things you need to do before volunteering at Cascade Amphitheater:
Venue Waiver
Must be signed to be added to Cascade Amphitheater Volunteer roster. Return hard copy or photo of both sides, including signature.
WA Food Handlers Card
Link below is to the only approved provider. Cost $10. Takes 45 minutes. Must be completed 3 weeks before event date.
WA Mandatory Alcohol Server Training (MAST)
Link below is to all approved providers. RServing option is $8.95 and takes ~3 hrs to complete. Must be completed 3 weeks before event date.

What are the typical volunteer roles at concerts?
Cashiers at concession stands that serve drinks, snacks or BBQ meals. The Smokin’ Oak (Vancouver BBQ restaurant) will have a food trailer there. They provide the cooks. Volunteers will cashier that stand (which also will serve drinks). Volunteers may also cashier a stand-alone drink stand elsewhere in the venue. You will need to check ID for anyone purchasing alcoholic drinks even if they already have a wristband.
Is there a dress code for volunteers?
Yes, comfortable, dark-colored (they prefer black), non-slip, closed-toe shoes for safety. Black pants/capris/long shorts (no leggings). Venue provides the shirt at check-in. See Uniform Guidelines reference.
Will volunteers receive any training?
Absolutely, all volunteers attend a brief orientation session before the event to ensure everyone is prepared. Trista Glackler will be at all events as LC Senior Parents lead and attended the full orientation as required by venue.
What can I bring with me?
You must have a physical copy of your MAST permit and food handlers card. You will go through volunteer check-in security and will need to provide photo ID. Volunteers are allowed to bring a reusable water bottle into the venue. It cannot be stored in venue refrigerators or on the stand counter, but it can be behind you. You can also bring cooling neck wraps if it will be excessively hot. Hats, pants, shoes should not be visually distracting (i.e. large logos or neon colors, etc.) from the venue dress requirements. Where do I park?
There is volunteer-specific parking at the southeast (this will have volunteer ADA parking as well). Do not park in general concert parking lots (including the ADA lot). Map here
Where can I find exact dates and times?
The LC Senior Parents Google calendar below has all dates for all initiatives. SignUp.com has the Concert Volunteer dates and time slots. Current slots are blocking 3 pm – 10 pm. Start time will be adjusted in SignUp.com when amphitheater provides an updated call time. SignUp.com will email all volunteers with the updated information.
